Wow. This is pretty nice! I've always seen Edelgard's POV as canon, but this fits so well with everyone else. Admittedly the scene at the end of Azure when it goes "Don't give in the call of yesterday" was emotional for me.

This reminded me why I loved Three Houses in the first place. Having played it a million times, the story sometimes loses a bit of impact. But seeing this, especially seeing all those faces of the students I love so much and the monastery I’ve grown accustomed to, I’m crying. I love this game so, so, so much.

You did such a good job with this! Edit: GOD! Those edits at 3:27 are so tear-jerking. 🥺😭The vocals at this point are really vulnerable, and you realize that in no path can you save every character that shows up back to back. Any of them loses something/someone dear to them, their minds, or their own lives. You see that (with the exception of Mercedes) they were all kids, never hoping to have to go to war, or be forced to part ways and meet again on the battlefield to kill each other 5 years later, but that’s the horrid reality they now have to face. You can never protect all 3 house leader and their confidants, and at least 2 paths even lead to Rhea’s passing.

That part fits Edelgard and Dimitri so well. It fits Dimitri because he looked back at Edelgard thinking he hears her voice, and it fits Edelgard because as much as she wants to stay at the monestary and genuinely being herself for once, she knows she can’t look back once she launches her attack on the monestary.

Maybe it was because I've watched this before, but I was thinking that "blackened heart, scorched by flames..." was written for Dmitri as much as Edelgard!
