Why should we worry about what we eat and drink? Even if we eat healthy food and drink, we can only extend our life until 80, 90 or 120. Everyone will eventually die, we are just delaying the unavoidable. Why not accept Jesus and get saved and prepare for the eternal life that will be coming after this life? Why do we want to focus on the short life on earth and not focus on the eternal life that will never end? Let's live the "Let go life." if you cannot let go, you are in control of many things that is beyond your control. But if you let go and trust everything to God, he will take care of your everything. What is there to be afraid of? If we live and trust in God, we give praise to God when we are blessed and have victory. If we die, we go Heaven in victory and receive our rewards. In life, we have the victory. Even after death, we are still have the victory.
