well... the goddess said "Ruins of Disposal" is where she throw away a "troublesome" hero in it, and the fact no one came out meant the ruins was clearly high level 😅

as far as CGI goes, it's not that bad. Just overused this ep. I don't really care but it does stand out.

One thing I love about this MC is at the start when he said "These things all look like experience to me" lol just farming for the levels.

Watching joe react the way he did when the MC starts saying he can't harm those creatures cause they look human, makes me think joe would be one of the first people to die cause he got tricked by someone. I know as soon as the MC was doing that, that it was an act.

They definitely speed ran this dungeon. This part took up all of the first light novel volume. But I guess it makes sense that they didn't want to linger in it too long and get on with the rest of the story.

Anime adaptation is intended for advertising the Light Novel(or Manwha) of the series. Pretty much summarizing most of Light Novel. They will cut corners for inner monologues or any other controversial topics that cannot be shown on TV to manage their budgets. Expect some adaptions are hit or miss

As for that magic bag, in the light novels he learns that every day or so the crystal turns geen. When mana is pored into it, 1food and one drink comes out. he gets a green tea and an egg rise ball the next time he uses it.

9:10 It looks like she has huge... reservoirs of power. This goes double if she turns out to be an elf. Elves are Powered by Cleavage (except in Isekai Ojisan and Goblin Slayer).

His status skills are literally broken because he has a 100% success rate. It seems weak but if its auto success its OP AF. Loved the manga and how they executed the ruin arc well. The next arc with the girl outside is crazy 😅

1:30 It appears that he has some (undisclosed) amount of "natural" stats and then on top of that he got the "extra" stats display in his control panel. For instance, I doubt that he actually had 3 intelligence and that 3 was actually an addition to his preexisting stat points. I mean 3 is the worst roll possible with 3d6 and he doesn't act like a moron who can barely talk.

From the manga I don't remember the MC acting like he is edgy for killing monsters. I haven't read it in a while so maybe I just don't remember, but I typically don't like edgelord MCs and I liked this manga. It also, wasn't super revenge focused from what I remember. His ultimate goal is revenge, but he didn't constantly obsesse over, iirc. It was a pretty normal isrkai adventure with the twist that he and his party he builds are persecuted.

aside from the terrible monster CGI, it really wasn't that bad. Storywise it's pretty good all in all, though I really can't shake the fact that it still feels similar to Arifureta. Especially when he found that book from the dark sage. Granted I still love the concept within this isekai and just hope we see less CGI going forward.

Cgi is weird but i convinced myself that is just an indie game playthrough at this point Revenge stories tend to get pretty boring, i most prefer the Tsukimichi approach where the mc its not consumed by edginess but acts like it when its needed, lets see how thia story goes

I am reeeeally struggling with the janky CGI in this anime, if done right (Demon Slayer, AJIN etc) CG is great and I have nothing against it, but I feel like this anime so far is an example of CGI done wrong

I thought that too and then someone cleared it for me. The status is showing extra, e.g. when it was shown 0 MP he was out of extra and was using his own and getting dizzy every time he used a skill.

Will the MC get edgier or not? It’s pretty tame so far. If it doesn’t get any edgier I think it’s not worth watching this series. Pretty generic plot.

Ok wtf is this, might be the worst animation I’ve ever seen in my life and I’ve watched a ton of animes. Only other anime I’ve dropped cuz the animation was so bad is Berserk. Literally half the episode is CGI 🤣💀 Bro is standing still and they did CGI, the door is fcking CGI. It sucks cuz the story and stuff seems cool

This anime is a better version of arifureta where there is no annoying harem and the revenge plot is relevant to the story as he destroys humanity’s chance against demons by killing every ace of the goddess weakening it significantly
