Looks like a solid build. I actually really like pestermite and Kiki as combo, and that alone is enough to want to play this

Instead of spellskite you could tutor for corridor monitor and use that for the kiki combo and skip a step

That's another option! I think the Spellskite is there as a layer of protection, and either way, you have to activate Pod twice

may i ask you a question if i cast the hydra with X= 5 mana do i get two hydra out both with X=5? thanks regards

You got it! It would create a token copy of the Hydra with the same value for X
