Dope review man. Subwoofer in my Logitech z623 randomly stopped working for the 3rd time. Just ordered a pair of these for $70 on prime day and this review gets me pumped! Very well done. I'm looking to wall mount mine next to my monitor, any recommendations for the mounts?

Vi Luong I haven't received my speakers yet, they'll be here Saturday. But from what I've heard, the bass is extremely good and there is no need for a subwoofer. The amplifier is also built in.

That’s not a subwoofer. It is a mid woofer. It does midrange and midbass.

@@BTaesthetics hi are these the best sounding speakers i can buy for under $100 and i plan on using them with my mp3 player if using them with my mp3 player would the speakers lose a bit of its quality sound because of playing them on a mp3 player because of its audio chip or would it be the same sound on any mp3 player and would i need a amplifier would that increase the sound etc.

technically any speaker can be used to mix once YOU know your speakers. Just listen to your reference and favorite music (already released) Through them as much as possible so that you get to know how the speakers sound. The best budget speakers actually designed to mix on are the new Kali monitors if you want to check them out. I just bought a pair of their 8". They are VERY flat and not all that exciting to listen to but are great to nix on because of this. Right now im mixing between the Kalis, some polks, and Behringer M16'' switching between the 3.

Comes with the chord that will connect into the RCA first in the back of the speaker (red and white) and it'll convert it into 3.5 mm jack. Like a regular pc chord, or headphone jsack.

I'm seriously thinking of picking these up since I really only use my headsets for gaming and when just chilling I'd rather not have anything on my head... I'm not audiophile when it comes to pc speakers but anything better than my current Trust 10 bucks speakers that I borrowed from my GF ;p

If your TV has an optical or coaxial output, you can get a FiiO D03K DAC or go for Edifier 1280DB which has these 2 inputs built in.

I listen with headphones, there's too much bass in your voice, it's booming. Perhaps reduce that in editing.

Yea specially the plastic housing their in (NOT) Logitech doset come close to what these speakers can reproduce. Pair them with a flac player and listen to something you never knew whas there. Richer sounds with deeper Low's, not just crappy base, but actually clean base you can feel.
