We gone though a lot of trouble to arrange it 😕 Now My one son has has received visa and we withdraw half of statement. and other is waiting for BRP Temporary card is issue to him untill visa arrives . I want to ask if I with my younger son apply visit visa on this remaining statement , koi issue to nai hoga ?? Plz guide . I've submitted visa file . Is there any rule after 28 days that we can't withdraw some money after 28 days? I haven't read in the UKVI home office website. It is safe not to withdraw money after 28 days but there isn't any restriction of home office not to withdraw money.

No there are no restrictions if you have the required amount in your account. The Embassy requires the closing balance according to your expenses in the UK. So if you have a handsome amount ( above that Embassy required) you can withdraw it, but keep in mind closing balance will be the same as the embassy required.

Sale deed not required for the UK. In your case don't 8.24M is okay.

Hi, I have maintained my funds in my father's saving account. Although I have maintained the required amount, there's alot transactions happened in that account in the past 28 days. Would that be a problem?? And even after submiting the bank statement to university for CAS transaction happened... Any problem?? Closing balance : 81000 USD ~ 64000 pound Required amount for uni is : 30000 pound. Transaction happened around 1000 USD per week not more then that.

I had 55 lac in while required amount 45 lac. On biometric day, I withdrew 1.25 lac for priority and other services while the bank statement was 1 week older. The submitted statement tells starting balance 52.25 lac and closing balance 55.75 lac. Now in account 54.25+ lac. Is there any issue?
