Radiation doesn't any weight, can't be felt or detected without equipment, and and unless you're close enough to be consumed in the firestorm, it won't kill rapidly either. Firestorms and shockwaves kill more than radiation did.

So to conclude, many stupid people don't understand that, number one, you need a powerful reaction, lots of particles released, and it should travel far in order to give you a painful cancerous death. People back then that got exposed, were either in the fireball, or got exposed to large amounts of Sieverts AND THEREFORE DIED BETWEEN A DAY AND A WEEK.

Not fun fact: this bomb is also known as "Little Boy" and its the first ever nuclear bomb created. It was built to catch things on fire at very hot degrees. And since the buildings on hiroshima were all made from wood, the bomb caused a chain reaction that made the bomb 3 times more deadly.

Hiroshima, Japan 06/08/1945/August 6th 1945, An atomic bomb was dropped by 3 Americans on B-29 killing over 200,000 lives. A couple days later, Nagasaki would get the same thing that happened to Hiroshima and an announcement would be made by the emperor that Japan had lost the war with an unconditional surrender.

@@myfarts if im not mistaken, it was the POV of a doctor, who i remember in the book fondly mentioned how he wore basically broken glasses that were so scuffed he could barely see as is, but yeah dude like basically ended up going down the hiroshima river where he linked up with more survivors after the second blast. I read the book like, in 2014/15 in highschool so it was a long time ago now. But damn, the shit that was described in the book like metal objects simply melting/warping was mentioned. Same w the mother/baby but thats prob common for that time tbh... it was literally a red nameless book called "hiroshima" from like, the 50s.

старшее поколение помнит и все прекрасно знает. Но они помнят так же что в китае делали так что не особо хотят поднимать эту тему, молодое про вторую мировую почти ничего не знает, в школах не освещают по телеку не крутят но оно и понятно, во первых они ее проиграли во вторых мягко говоря не хорошими были. От того и все события стираются в памяти масс. У нас не принято финскую вспоминать примерно по таким же причинам и не смотря на ожесточенные бои в те года сейчас эту тему особо никто не трогает 🤔 Но китайцы не забыли кстати, вообще вся азия друг друга ненавидит, ну как и европа на самом деле слишком много обид накопилось за тысячелетия соседства. Я это к чему, прошлое нужно знать чтобы понять что такое государства и свою роль в них но испытывать какие то чувства к целой стране не очень много смысла имеет. Это не личность и от режима к режиму все сильно разнится, сша 1945 не те же самые сша 2024, это разные люди разные администрации

Do you really want to compare attacking a pretty big, but relatively contained amount of equipment and number of military personnel to killing an entire city's worth of civilians, or should I say two's? The people who were killed in Hiroshima and Nagazaki had nothing to do with the war: they were wives working or staying at home, children playing, studying, going to school, men working to feed their families and taking care of their loved ones, not soldiers.

Isso nem era pra ter acontecido mas, o japao quis atacar uma base americana sem motivo durante a WW2 enquanto a guerra tava comendo solta, com a Alemanha nazi### aliando-se ao Japão dois países cruéis na época pra vc ter noção os japoneses após dominar uma área com mulheres ele abusavam delas, eu n estou tentando flr q os japoneses mereceram mas, essa foi a bomba mais fraca q os americanos lançaram pra acabar com a guerra q estava prejudicando td mundo a d Nagasaki foi intensamente pior, e só dps q ameaçaram jogar em tokio o fim da guerra mais brutal da história acabou.

Vc gostariam q um país soltasse uma bomba nuclear no Brasil a bomba de Nagasaki e heroshima mataram milhares de pessoas e animais em poucos segundos e isso foi bem triste e eu tbm odeio os estados unidos pq eles ameaçaram o Brasil a entrar na guerra e se o Brasil n entrasse na prr da guerra td mundo ia tá morto e eu tbm odeio os EUA pq eles querem sempre ficar acima de td e serem os melhores tipo na guerra do viatinan mas graças a Deus eles perderam na guerra Ent menina vê se para de falar q os EUA são heróis Adeus:)
