Little fixing (in my opinion, correct me if i'm wrong): - Yushiro did not die, it was only Tamayo who got killed by Muzan - Douma was killed by Shinobu, Kanao and Inosuke, as Shinobu had wisteria poison in her body (more then 10kg i think) - For Kokushibo, without the help of Muichiro and Genya, Gyomei and Sanemi would have died. Therefore, Genya, Muichiro, Gyomei and Sanemi killed Kokushibo - Also, Gyomei likely died due to battle injuries and the fact that he unlocked the Demon Slayer Mark when he was over 25 years old (he was 27) - As for Muzan, Tanjiro held him until sunrise, so Tanjiro and the sun killed Muzan. And the pic says more DKT rather then Tanjiro (human)

I really like this type of team-vs-team series where both sides take casualties as a result of multiple battles against each other like Akame Ga Kill as it should be

Tanjiro doesn’t actually kill Akaza, even though he chopped off Akaza’s head, Akaza adapted to the situation quickly and instantly learnt to regenerate his head just like Daki and Gyutaro. But in the end he committed seppeku because of sadness in his past life as a human

In fact, Muzan didn't exactly die by Tanjiro. They were fighting until the sun came out and Muzan died by the sun.

There were some mistakes, Tanjiro killed Gyutaro, hantengu, Akaza, and Muzan, with help, Tanjiro without Uzui would have died, Tanjiro without Giyuu would have died, Tanjiro without Genya, Nezuko and Mitsuri would have died, and without Tamayo, Giyuu, Mitsuri, Obanai, Himejima, Kanao, Inosuke and zenitsu would have died, obviously all those people needed Tanjiro's help, but what I mean is that Tanjiro didn't kill all those Demons alone. Also kokushibo was not only killed by Himejima and Sanemi, Tokito and Genya helped in killing him. It's not hate I just wanted to make this known jsjs Oh, and also Douma wasn't just killed by Kanao and Inosuke, Shinobu helped a lot, if Shinobu hadn't poisoned Douma, Inosuke and Kanao would have died.

[SPOILERS] Just for the record, both Akaza and Kokushibo killed themselves instead of being beheaded by the hashiras. Akaza’s head regenerated, but he killed himself after remembering his human memories. Kokushibo killed himself as well since his head had regenerated into a horrifying being. I could be wrong, but this is what I remembered from the manga. I definitely know they weren’t killed by demon slayers, however.

Kanao and Inosuke are correct but you forgot Shinobu. He got weakened by her wisteria poison. Also Tanjiro didn’t kill Akaza by himself. Giyu helped him. That’s how he got his mark.
