Your information on cropping left and right on Reels is very helpful! Nobody mentions this important point! Thank you so much for clarifying this. I'm having this issue when exporting from AE to IG Reels at 1080 1920 and wondered what the hell was happening!

This is incredible, thank you! Just a heads up for others out there trying to figure out how to create a new sequence WITHOUT importing media (because the "New Item" icon was missing on my end), you can go to File > New > New Sequence, and you should be able to see the same settings as Anthony :)

Thank you, your proposed settings seem to address the audio issue, however I noticed that after exporting a video on Instagram from my iPhone the issue of audio clipping and distortion was still there a bit. I was wondering if you know how to fix it.

Thank you very much! Do I have to upload this video with a phone? It seems that when I view the final clip on my computer all of the aspect ratios are correct but when I upload the video to Instagram from my computer the video is zoomed in and the format changes. I can share a link to the video but I am not sure if that is frowned upon. Thank you in advance. :)

Blakk Bee Mac version seems to have so better support for certain midi devices. And not using the ASIO drivers has a lot to do with

Yes! I use a Google pixel! Try uploading over a stronger data connection like wifi!

But is it possible to add a music on Adobe Premier Pro and then post instagram reels, without IG removing it ? (Without using the app you mention that needs subscription) ? How do influencers do ? Do they add the music on Adobe Premier to synchronize their edit with it then remove it and add it directly through instagram while finding the right moment ? Thank you for your help

when you change the bitrate, the preset switches to custom from your suggested adaptive high bitrate

I would try stereo, if it sounds good then keep the default stereo! I've got export settings for both mono and stereo in the download link you can try!

Will the audio quality sound better or more true to the original audio doing it like this? I've seen reels where the original audio sounds clear minimal degrading from IG. Everytime I try to upload my video the sound is greatly degraded? But if I do what u said here will this make my videos sound normal like all the Big artists on IG?

Yes! The the resolution settings I use for both platforms are the same! Some people use 4K for Shorts, but TikTok only supports 1080p at the moment.

@@PierceJordan Shorts supports 4K. Partly because the file sizes and storage space would explode if I was shooting shorts in 4K. Also, if you watch the video I uploaded today, I tend to shoot everything in Horizontal and do a center-crop for 1080

Are you editing on a Mac? There's a known bug where exporting from a Mac on premiere pro desaturates the color!

Is there a way of doing this on a mobile phone? I follow all the upload guidelines etc but my videos always look like trash quality wise 😵‍💫 the videos look great on my phone
