Ingredients:
Mutton, fish, goat tripe, cowhide, eggs,1.5 red onions, 2 white onions, 2 thumb size ginger, 12 cloves of garlic, 1 green pepper, Petite bell chilies, OMB tin tomato base, OMB Jollof spice blend, OMB shito spice blend, locust beans,1tbs desiccated coconut, 1tbs plain flour, Fresh sage, salt to taste, Oil
Steaming the meat
1 tsp Jollof spice blend, 1 tsp shito spice blend, 2 Large size onions, garlic, ginger, sage
