I can't speak the French language, (I took a course in high school MANY years ago!) but I have always LOVED this song and Edith Piaf's rendition. This was HER song! Rest in peace to the great Piaf, one of the best things ever produced by the nation of France.

This is by far my favorite version of La Vie En Rose, it alone just makes me wanna go to Paris and admire the rich culture there, it’s so slow, so catchy, so calming, it just touches me somehow, music from this era was just so much better
