Brother, I learnt about Transcoding, Offline rendering and Real-time rendering after watching you use those words. When you showed what each thing meant, it instantly made sense. The reason why people tech channels are because they learn a lot while being entertained. They like the nerdy aspect of the industry. Rendering performance is purely based on your CPU. And also there are two GPU drivers one is Gaming based other one is production based. So make sure you installed Production GPu drivers. GPU may come in handy if you enable "GPU rendering" box before exporting videos. However it won't help much. So if you're a video editor go for good cpu, pair it with mid range GPU don't care about bottleneck. You will be good :)
