The fact that you effectively goof on the killer is probably my favorite part about this. Instead of finding some clever or witty way of escaping or brute forcing your way out, you just chuck a head at him and KO him in one go. Just goes to show that serial killers are really not as intimidating as their projected persona would imply - that and the fact that he likely only preyed on the weak or defenseless and Arthur/John are neither.

That sound he makes when attacking the sheriff is hilarious

I don’t know whats more scary about RDR2: 1. The Brutal Gangs and the serial killers 2. The writers, animators, and designers who have to think and create the gangs and individuals 3. Or the accuracy of some of the interals and gore within the game

I wanted to see what would happen if you don't help the sheriff when Lowry attacks him. It turns out the sheriff just shoots him and he doesn't give you a reward for being a bastard.

I always found it funny that I’d go from burning 30 people alive out in the frontier to go and capture a serial killer because he killed a few people

The black water athletic team pit thing always just kinda stuck with me. None of the other murders or Easter eggs really made me have like a shocked reaction. But seeing that pit of bodies in the woods.. It just felt real. The other murders were over the top and insane, but the pit of corpses just felt like some shit that would really happen.

11:25 I think his name might also be a reference to serial killer Edmund Kemper. Especially considering his strange relationship with his mother.

I always thought that Edward Lowry (RDR2) was the ancestor of "Eddie Lowe"(GTA4)... they're both serial killers, crazy as shit, and their names are too similar. Last names are or at least were shortened a lot, back of the day. I haven't looked up in years, but when I did, I couldn't find much on it, but the fact that they both have a very similar names, are both serial killers, and supposedly in the same universe, etc, idk how it's not addressed more.

That one live member of the team is the basis for a tragic horror movie. He's kidnapped alongside his friends, one by one they all die, and he himself is also harmed but isn't killed. Traumatized, he silently walks through the wilderness in shock, only for a creeped out cowboy to shoot him down. Perfect dark horror movie ending.

I was ridiculously excited when I was able to find his lair right away after getting the map because I'd done so much exploring and just recognised it. But finding each of those, er, body depositories from the weird music and vibes---brr. Thanks, game, and let's not do this again.

ive never heard anyone mention this before but recently i was riding around and i went through a train tunnel, the small one where the first train robbery takes place in chapter 1 by Wallace station, and there was writing on the wall that says 'I seek and i find'. I believe it is a cheat code but it is also in the same hand writing and white paint as Edmund's cryptic words across the map.

Loving these videos. I'm just now realizing how detailed this game is. I was hunting elk for cripps yesterday, aimed for the head but I missed. My arrow hit the elks antler, and the antler went flying whilst the elk was unharmed. Phenomenal game.

i remember in my first play through is was going to valentine through the train tracks when i heard screaming and i saw the icon then i went down and saw the mutilated torso

I like how this guy killed so many people and John just knocks him out with a few punches.

Also in online, in gta online you can do the easter egg hunt for his revolver which is unlocked for his revolver in both gta online and rdo. Kinda of like Arthur's double action revolver in gta online and rdr2 story.

I remember finding the first clues near Valentine. The blood on the floor, hanging body and stuff. I wss so convinced that someone would walk past and would blame me xD

You should do some videos for RDR Undead Nightmare stranger missions or profiles on different zombies, maybe the four horses of the apocalypse, prominent missing souls and maybe profiles on the mythical creatures.

I don't know if anyone's mentioned this, but... Whilst doing the 'Edmund Lowery's serial killer mission in chapter 2, I found a nice little glitch that allows you to enter Blackwater without any Pinkerton's/sniper, or a 'wanted' level. This allows you to get the "Legendary Rock Bass" fish ('Aurora Basin' lake area).. When you have overpowered him, hogtie and put him on your horse, but instead of taking him directly to the sheriff of Valentine you can enter Blackwater - You aren't on a timer to do this, and this little gameplay glitch allows you to freely enter Blackwater. The bad things are, you can't collect herbs/plants (no good for the Herbalist challenge), and you can't get the legendary animals as you get shot to $#!t as soon as you try to enter the New Austin region. It's no big deal, but it's worth doing if you want to easily get one more of the 'legendary fish'.. For the other stuff you would most likely need to use the 'buggy' glitch. Just thought I'd let people know of my little find. Happy hunting all.

I don't know if you have covered this already but there is a house in lemoyne to the northeast of braithwaite manor where you can find a small place that was used for slave holding. you can inspect a floorboard where a picture of an African-american family of three is hidden and on a table nearby is a newspaper scrap advertising a 200 dollar reward for the return of a slave boy named Curtis Royle. the article says to return him to either the Rhodes jailhouse or the slave owner's property at shady belle. the man advertising is named Joseph Charlesworth. Possible video topic? or mildly interesting find?

Just did the mission and had so many questions cause on my 1st playthrough I was not ready to deal with whatever TF I was seeing while riding out of Valentine. I legit would pretend I didn't see nothing and even if I did it was not my problem especially after being scared by the Night Folk lol. Such a fascinating game still to this day.

I happened on the Quest by accident one day during my first playthrough. As Marston, I finished the Quest again by accident as I just stumbled upon the 3rd victim and the hideout; it's a great mystery and easter egg hunt.

YO!!! Hey @Fizhy & everyone. I think Edmund is one of the skinner boys. Here's why: I was casually exploring the tall trees area near the Bear Claw region where we had one side mission helping Sadie with her bounty hunt in epilogue. Right next to the broken down house, you can find a bunch of Skinner brother gang camping out there. After I killed them all, I saw a knife with a paper pinned to a tree next to the camp & guess what it was the same illustration of the basement and the code that we need in order to open the old basement. I have a screenshot but I don't how to share it to you guys! The place is south of Manzanita Post.
