Show cause order is not enough because there are those who escape enforcers without plate numbers. People will start to think they can do away with their plate numbers and run from bus lane violations. We need enforcers with bikes on standby to catch those offenders.

Once again: Ticket, take a driver's license away and impound their vehicle for a week. Just giving them a ticket doesn't have effect on violators, but taking away their vehicle will have effect to their behavior.

There you go. Your idea is the only one that makes sense. You can raise the fine to a million pesos, and those riders are still going to do it. Now, if you confiscate their vehicles, whether it's a four-wheeler or a two-wheeler, and impound them for a week and charge them for fees and fines, then that's the only time they will obey the rules. You can't go back to the bus lanes when you don't have a car or motorcycle to use to drive over the bus lane when it's been confiscated, right?😅😅😅

I saw a couple of brief videos on Facebook covering the MMDA’s Mobile Material Recovery Project; and the drainage declogging as part of the MMDA’s Bayanihan sa Barangay program; and I was wondering if you have any plans to cover these in future videos. As much as I enjoy watching your bus lane videos, it seems to be almost all that your channel is covering at the moment, and it would be good to see more variety in your content. What if, instead of a fine, or in addition to, the bikes will be impounded for one hour? Because afte they pay they'r on their way, but if they become one hour late, that will really hurt.

Impounding, even for a short time, would likely be extremely effective. Because many people value their time more than their money. Lowering the financial penalty but holding the vehicle for a short time would likely be an effective mix. But as to whether the law can allow for that, I'm not sure. And you also have the logistics of where you actually hold them all.

The best solution talaga dyan is no contact apprehension, malinaw na video at picture na nasa loob sila ng bus lane., no plate number should be also penalize or impounded. Fake plate number is suspension/penalize/impounded/revoke license.

2 I feel like I miss the clearing operations more now since we get to see the different states of our roads in different areas of metro manila. Clearing operations vids had the involved parties sometimes speak what's on their mind on camera which is fascinating and sometimes get really trendy. When MMDA was doing the busway enforcement they had motorcycle units on standby to chase runaways. They should bring those back because that guy without the license plate definitely got away with it.

I’m a Tasmanian…I’m going to take a wold “stab in the dark” as to where in the world this is. It is somewhere in South East Asia. It’s NOT Saigon…too much English on the road signs. It’s NOT Bangkok…again, no Thai script anywhere. It’s NOT Mainland China….just doesnt’t have the depressing vibe if China…and no characters on the signs It’s NOT Taiwan, South Korea or Japan…again, lack of local scripts snd does not have the vibe. It’s not Indonesia either but it might be Malaysia…K.L. Possibly…but, again, no bahasa on the signs. So, what’s left…not Mysnmar, Laos or Cambodia…so that just leaves “Not quite Asia, Not quite Polynesia and not quite an ex Colony of Spain”….those enforcer uniforms smak if the U.S.A. And Commander Perry…so it HAS to be the Philippppines! And with this much traffic is ain’t Ilo Ilo…this would be Manila.

The truth is that many people are confident that they WON'T ever have to pay the penalty. Firstly, they don't expect to see an enforcer, because they know it's difficult to guard ~40KM of bus lane 24/7. Secondly, they're confident in their ability to spot an enforcer up ahead and leave the bus lane before anyone can notice them. Thirdly, and most unfortunate, some people already have it in their mind that if they see an enforcer, they will run away.

Personally I haven't seen any serious, consistent and ongoing efforts against vehicles without plates. But that's not just on the shoulders of PNP. It should be strictly enforced by LTO, MMDA, PNP, SAICT, LGU enforcers etc* Many people have their plate already, but they just don't want to install them. But even if they don't have a plate, they should have a temporary plate 🤷‍♂️ And really they should be strict on the temporary plate matching the specifications of LTO. Because some people use a tiny handwritten text which is practically unreadable - making it similar to not having a plate at all. * Unless you're talking about the internal efforts of PNP to get their personnel to install plates on their own vehicles

Make a follow up video about the SHOW COURT ORDER on runaway riders so people will be inform that the government is serious on this Law. A Show Court Order is very serious offense that need to be address seriously. They need to know the consequences that they will face when they run in a simple traffic violation. If its only HEARSAY, people will never take it to heart.

To the national treasury. They tried plastic bollards on EDSA. People just drive straight over them. They also had metal bollards on the busway before, but they kept getting knocked down. It seems like the flyovers and tunnels really just have to be open. Although there are signages, lane markings etc. A little self-discipline, ideally 👍

I think they should consider impounding, even if the penalty amount is reduced. A lot of people value their time far more than their money. Or if not impounding, a process that involves holding the vehicle (not the driver) for at least X amount of time before it can continue with the journey.
