‼PLEASE READ - IMPORTANT UPDATE ⚠ It seems the DaVinci Resolve community on KZfaq is quite sensitive, as we can tell by the negative comments and dislikes to this video. We did our absolute best to offer you a disclaimer in the beginning of the video telling you that: - this is for beginners who are looking for a shortcut - that it's impossible to create such animations yourself from scratch inside DaVinci Resolve We understand the frustration of ACTUAL clickbait, but this is not that. There are plenty of beginners from other video editing software (Final Cut Pro, Camtasia, etc.) that find this useful and there are many DaVinci beginners who enjoy this too. We should not discriminate against beginners who actually PREFER the Drag & Drop simplicity that Stock Animation offers. Users who honestly have no idea that stock animation is even a possibility. For all the advanced users who feel like they "were tricked", I'm sorry we cannot serve everyone, but this is not the video for you. Also, you might want to avoid videos that say "hack, trick, shortcut, beginners, etc.". If you're looking to master custom animation from scratch, THAT'S REALLY HARD WORK. THERE IS NO SHORTCUT. If you think a free 7-min video will teach you animation skills from scratch, you're wrong. Also, you might want to look into Adobe After Effects, not DaVinci for that. And might take you a solid few hundred hours. For everyone else (beginners or advanced) who are more than happy to solve their animation problems instantly, with drag & drop assets and be ready to go within a few minutes, we're here to serve you!

I think the only problem here is the misleading title, why not just change it for "Using stock animations in DR" or something. I mean, this is not an animation trick, since you're not actually animating anything. Cheers, and sorry for all the inconvenience.

This is ACTUAL clickbaiting. The purpose of this video, or all of your videos is not to help people, but to generate more money from your stock footage site. Same shit in every video with another tool. Admit to yourself that you are not a good guy but a spawn of capitalism. Leave and play tetris.
@VideoPlastyOfficial

How is it clickbait or misleading? Neither the TITLE nor the THUMBNAIL claim to teach you how to become a professional motion graphics artist. It says "Professional Animation". It says "Animation Trick". It says "For Beginners". We deliver all of that. Plus disclaimers EARLY in the video in case you were looking for shortcuts instead of doing the hard work. It's funny how all of our other stock animation tutorials for each software (Final Cut, Camtasia, Premiere, etc.) have a 90%+ like ratio, except DaVinci with a ±65% like ratio. I've been wondering why until it finally clicked. None of you actually PAID for the software so you're expecting people to deliver you professional software, assets and everything else for FREE lol @Ti2l - I know it's hard for you to believe, but you can actually exchange VALUE for MONEY and HELP people. This is confirmed by our sales and people being incredibly happy with our stock. Next thing you know you'll be mad at Adobe that you have to pay for After Effects and mad at Microsoft cause you had to pay for Windows lol. Oh nevermind, I'm sure you didn't pay for these either

I think people are upset because they were expecting a plugin or some easy way to do animations. Up to 2:13 in the video it still seemed you had something. What you showed really had nothing to do with Davinci resolve. Could easily drag and drop these in any NLE. "Easy free stock animations for Davinci Resolve" would have been a better title. Also, these animations can be done in resolve. The fusion page has all the tools. Nothing built dedicated to character rigging/ animation but with 2D shapes and proper node plaecment you can rig and animate.

@@VideoPlastyOfficial yeah, blaming the 67% of viewers who consider this clickbait instead of listening to them is really going to help. You come across as naive and insufferable. I'm sorry, but stock animation and videos in general only makes someone's video look more amateur, especially if the animations are inconsistent in the type of design language used. Stock animation clips should only be used sparingly, and only in events when you really need them. You didn't really elaborate on the fact that stock videos recorded with cameras are worse, you are just making it seem that way to *make your website look better* and so that more people like your website. The main reason why people don't like this video is simply because the title is misleading. The title is similar to any other DaVinci Resolve tutorial, which is why people click on it thinking that they will learn something relatively valuable. Not a lot of people are mad at you, contrary to your flawed belief. Someone gave you a suggestion to change your title to something that is not misleading, and you just wrote a long paragraph defending yourself on how the title is not clickbait because you said so in the beginning, but people don't care about the intro and skip to your point which is *several minutes* into the video. It's not like he was mad at you or anything, but it's quite funny how you called an entire community "sensitive" when you are clearly the most sensitive one here. I am a Premiere user. *You are a hypocrite.*

Many beginners want to make the final animation without having to go through what advanced users such as yourself might understand as "making animation", which is hundreds of hours to learn vector graphic design, motion graphics, and character rigging. We are here to serve those people and also the advanced users who'd like to save time as well

You should consider listening to your viewer's comments, instead of crossing your arms and arguing with people and calling the Davinci community "sensitive." Pretty disrespectful, dude. "EASY DAVINCI RESOLVE ANIMATION TRICK FOR BEGINNERS" is a grossly misleading title for this video. EASY: what is the part that is supposed to be easy? Pulling out my wallet and paying money for your animations? When people see the word "easy" it implies that **some** effort is required, that there will be instructions on how to do something. DAVINCI RESOLVE: this video has **nothing** to do with Davinci Resolve; you show yourself importing the stock animations into Davinci for 50 seconds and that's it.... you can do that with any video software. Why bother putting it in the title? Total clickbait made to draw in new users of Davinci. ANIMATION TRICK: You're selling stock video. There is no "trick" or "hack." FOR BEGINNERS: again, this term implies that the video is a tutorial with instructions that a beginner could replicate. The actual video is nothing close to that. The video is just a 7 minute ad for your product. There's nothing wrong with that but your title and the way the video is structured and drags us along is very deceptive. Just be honest when writing your title and people won't be as frustrated. "AFFORDABLE ANIMATIONS FOR ANAY VIDEO EDITING SOFTWARE." Or... keep on being deceptive and combative with your viewers. Yes, that will definitely make people want to give you their money, time, and attention.

@@VideoPlastyOfficial People clicking on this video expected a way to animate through the actual software based on your title. Your title is far too ambiguous and feels clickbait-ey. People feel misled when the video doesn't teach anything actual animation. There's a reason why so many people disliked it, even if you can't personally see it. Being passive aggressive/insulting saying "oh, you guys don't like my video because you are just cheap" is childish and very illogical and you should know better than to act like that as an adult, and you should think more rationally instead of emotionally.
