Learn to reach out to people, services, and information that will be a guide for you to help care for a loved one. The earlier you act and find support, the sooner you’ll get a handle on the confusion and frustration that is often experienced in the caregiving process.

Dear Rachel and Peter, This session was so useful. Though I watched the recording only, but it's truly useful. While listening to this session, I recalled taking care of my beloved father who lived 95 years of his life before he left us and we brothers, sisters, my wife and my children were lucky enough to be caregivers for my beloved dad, which we thoroughly enjoyed and our home was blessed due to my dad's presence. May Allah/God bless his soul in eternal peace and bless you with a reward for this wonderful session on caregiving. Mehmood, Hunza, Pakistan
