I wish the excellent care and service that this video boasts was true. I got some pretty crappy care while going through this program. Everything from scheduling , registration, care after surgery , the follow up and billing have all been nothing but a pain. I originally was going through Dr. Fang but a week before surgery got told he’s no longer doing surgery. I then had to see Dr. Schuster and he seemed ok but I had to reschedule my 2 week post op visit 4 times because he was out of the office and when I finally did go in he didn’t show up so I got to talk to his assistant. I made an 800 mile drive for a 3 minute post op talk that could have been done over the phone. Oh well. Whats done is done.

I had been curious because my mate had dropped weight and I needed to know how. They suggested that I google “sowo hope site”. As soon as I listened to their guidance, I lost 13 and a half pounds.
