If a person is in unorganized sector and applid APY but after some time the person who applied gets employed in organised secto and become the tax payer What will be in this case as he will remain continued or will be automatically withdrawn from this scheme???

Coming to your query, there is no such mention in the official notification, but considering they allowed taxpayers to be part of the scheme (who joined earlier), they will most probably allow such beneficiaries to be part of the scheme as well.
