These two deserve more recognition than H and M. They were there for the queen on a steady basis and supported her as dutiful servants.

I, for one, can't imagine it - when close members of my family have passed away; my darling dad and grandparents, I've had the benefit of antinomy. I've privately mourned. I thankfully did so without thousands of photographers and the world media documenting my every movement.
