That chandelier forest scene is my favorite bit of gäy drama in this show. There's sweet first kiss commiseration turned to fraught betrayal reveal, Cat King and Monty fighting over being the losing side of their love square with Edwin (and cat and bird could've had fun on their own I'm just saying) and Edwin ignores the Cat King bringing his own light source to deliver his second brutal rejection in as many episodes. And Monty just wanted to be a real boy and a lovesick astrology nerd, he doesn't deserve to have a gory detransformation. As glad as I am that Crystal came clean so fast, if they had the time it could've been real funny seeing her and Niko trying to pull a Psych routine on the boys for a few cases. "Happy-Go-Lucky Hozier over here is really gonna drive her nuts" Kashi drove her crazy enough to have character development. I love him, hope he comes back.

The actor playing the guy in the fish is also a staff writer on the show, so I’m hoping that isn’t the last we’ve seen of that character.

BTW, that is a fair retelling of the Sedna myth. The Cat King rules. And I want to know who the Jonah character is in the mythos.

The teethface mushroom monster is kinda cute. The spider thing that grabbed Edwin, not so cute. I feel so bad for poor Monty. I think the witch is the most horrible character I've seen in a long time.
