This serves as a gentle reminder that even in fictional worlds like Bikini Bottom, where logic may seem suspended, there can be surprising elements of resemblance to our own reality. It's a testament to the creativity and imagination of the creators and the joy they bring us through their storytelling.

The statement "Eel suffers toxic shock" lacks specific context and details to provide a clear response. Eels, like any organism, can be susceptible to various environmental factors or pollutants that may impact their health. Without further information, it's challenging to determine the exact cause and nature of the eel's supposed toxic shock.
