I've decided to make a compilation of some of my favorites of EELF's and figured this would also make a great mix to relax to and what not, so hope you enjoy. I will have the videos time stamped and linked directly to odysee (lbry.tv) where all of EELF's videos are archived. I highly encourage you guys to check it out in case this mix just so happens to get taken down. (And yes, the interfering ads - it’s out of my control. It annoys me just as much as it annoys you.)

I feel like the 90s was the last decade before we made our lives all about being online 24/7 with our PCs, tablets and smartphones. If we wanted to call someone, we usually had to go to our house phone. If we wanted to watch something on TV, we had to wait for the scheduled broadcast. If I wanted to know if a friend was home, I'd run over and knock on their door. If I wanted to know about something new, I had to go to the store and buy a newspaper. I didn't get my first PC until 1995 and my first phone until 1999. Our first dial-up was in 1998 and broadband (ADSL) in 2003.

Y’all ready for story time? These videos mean so much to me. 2020 I was living in San Francisco for college, 6 hours away from my hometown and staying in a boarding house after breaking up with my girlfriend that I had moved there for. One of the only things i had and valued at that time was my car, a 1990 Honda Accord. Unfortunately, a few months before lock down that car was stolen from me and I felt really lost. As stupid as it sounds, that was one of the only thing I had that made me feel like the old me. The real me. I had put so much time and effort into customizing it to reflect who I was since it had been through so many high and low points with me. After it got stolen and we hit lock down, I hit a low point in my life. I found these videos and songs which made me feel a certain way and sure enough, at 1:24:24, I see it. My white 1990 Honda Accord. It just gave me a sense of feeling that everything was gonna be okay and life would be better. Till this day, when I’m feeling sad, I watch this video to cheer myself up. Thanks for the listen!

both a sad and an uplifting story. two of my scooters got stolen. the first one was customized by me with speakers and shit. i bet the car looked nice. i've never had a car cause it's too expensive for me to have a car. if i could choose any car it would be a delorean or a white testarossa, lol. it's not likely at all that i will ever get a car like that especially the testarossa cause it's super expensive but let a man dream!

This collection is so good damn. I do little organized dj sets with some of my uni friends with this exact typa vibe. We play old visuals on a tv and dj innfront of it, hotbox the room, dim the lights, bring our own blankets and pajamas and live our best life until the sun comes back up

Rare footage of life before the internet! Look at how much happier and carefree everyone looks. I'm really drawn to the style of dress and especially the hair styles at the start of the video. People used to get so creative! My mom and dad always spoke fondly of almost everything between 1970 - 1990, and I always wondered what was so special about that time period. Thanks for posting this video so that we could experience a glimpse of what my folks always go on about!

Nostalgia feels like low grade depression. These videos aren’t of a different species. We could have this tomorrow but we don’t want it enough to remove the sources of our collective misery. We cant return to whenever these are from but set aside a day where you and the people you love meet and play board games and go through photo albums and listen to musical playlists that backdropped your younger life. All devices left at home. All distractions set aside. We need one another , we miss eachother so much. Never let anyone mislead you into thinking the exit door out of this isn’t in arms reach.

Not for Introverted, shy to girls I Like, weird as told to by All, nerdy, Super Nice, Rock and Roll ME… - it may not be relatable, obviously debatable- I at 17, graduated/diploma clean/sober, registered for Army… STILL unable to walk up to a Pretty Girl and say Hello. Little did I know myself how, not just confident, I was/am whilst me dance, danced,dancing - on top of all, Darn Great, Unique, Graceful, Beautiful… Yup, All That, that’s why I said… Ok, back to My point (Yes, I do have one)… Club CPR - motto- We Bring You Back To Life…. A bit of cheese but, so and whatever. Club packed young Ladies and Gentleman… Music THUMPING, DJ was on point… NO ONE ON THE FRKN DANCEFLOOR!!!… except for the Lonely Me. I dance by and through one the. Two couples (not the Lonely!,,, I dance through again whimsically, to the beat, sweet with a smile… danced with them both onto the dancefloor and grooved with both each for a bit. Then danced them together as I retrieved their dudes, motioned them to their respective partners. Locate Another… Move To… Repeat… Movement/Moment sparked…,CPR, dance floor lit 🔥…. Word gets back to owner, as well as - Durr, the cameras having an eye out as well. After that , free for me to get in… plus three h

With the amount of hairspray, puffy shoulders, and denim I'm seeing in these videos, this is definitely the eighties. Nineties would have had lots of flannel, Doc Martin shoes, baby doll dresses or miniskirts all with tone down, washed out colors like grey, black and brown. I graduated from high school in 1988; I was there (in both decades!). Loving the experience, though, thank you for posting!

There's something beautiful, but at the same time sad watching this. They would never have known how complex and disconnected life would become 23 years later. If I had a time machine, I'd go back to the 90's and live every day, connecting with people deeply and trying hard to forget the impending social media world, and that mobile phones have taken over our lives.

i got many enemies as well, little amount of friends. but fun like this i don't think so. every generation has it own sets of advantages and disadvantages, yet it truly seems it was easier back then to make friends and or simply have a good time. i do recognise the shock value of how good this seems. I don't think that romance is dead though, but they try to murder it certainly. nevermind much love

Beautiful girl with beautiful hair... now she is so distant. Time goes so fast. This is the pure "gold times". The scene for computer data - alright, was filmed in Monterey. I grew up not far from there during the 80's and early 90's. Seeing this gave me a giant wave of nostalgia. My parents used to go Lovers Point Beach. What a trip.
