Hello❤ Deep and long massages every day are not recommended because of the risk of losing your subcutaneous fat. Be sure to watch the changes that occur to your face after the massage and choose the frequency of performance that suits you. If you are concerned about swelling, before the massage, spend more time on the lymph nodes, and be sure to start the massage from bottom to top👍
