Joseph, I've only been following you for about a month but you have changed my life. I just wanted to say that I really, really appreciate when you mentioned Enter the Dragon several videos ago. I watched the movie and it really cemented in my mind what I want to manifest, that inner calm and certainty. I love the scene where he is standing motionless in the middle of all of the fighting. Also, the most interesting thing occurred to me. The other day I was frustrated that I'm not able to see progress right now. I thought of the two questions from the beginning of the movie and realized that it is only my sensei is telling me I am not quite ready to advance to the next level yet. I appreciate you so much. 🙏

Just a bit before i found you here Joseph, i took up pole dance fitness, not easy task, but thanks to learning from you i took it slow,easy,enjoying, no frustration, even though i feel sometimes it's hard,the girls sometimes get frustrated and cry, because they can't do some hard acrobatics,but I'm always with a big smile on my face.😊 From this experience i learned to accept myself as i am,no judgment. Also as I'm a teacher i learned how to understand my students, again,from the perspective that they will make it anyway, i teach them not to feel frustrated, they're learning English, they're Spanish, it's hard because they're language it's so different from English, so sometimes some students cry, exactly like in my pole dance classes, but i teach them now how to accept the process, because it's a process, not judging. Some of us learn faster,others slower, no judgment, just enjoy the ride. And all these things thanks to your teachings and of course my self discipline,because i have to apply what i learn from you,and I'm so happy to do it. Thank you Joseph! I love you man!

I used to only take up sports where I can't get hurt because being 5' and 100 pounds I realized quickly that I get squished by these tall or big women. I play volleyball with other girls and that's a no contact sport but my arms are a patchwork of blue and purple bruises for the next week because these women are all so strong and would whack the ball with such force. I love sports but I'm not good at most of them and I'm not really built for it either tbh 😅 but I use LOA to win. And would stick to swimming or roller skating to get myself into a flow state. I realize that to change my self concept in this regard would be too drastic because there are too many perks to being small and helpless 😇 I mean I never have to carry anything or pay for things and people just assume I'm a child so every entrance fee is discounted. I think men are nicer to me too also coz of this fact. Can I see over the steering wheel and touch the pedals at the same time? No, but that's what pillows are for. That's what bf and uber are for. And because everything just gets handed to me, I was able to save up and go for two months to Saudi Arabia, five star all the way. Yet I'm aware that somewhere in the deep recesses of my mind I'm insecure about this coz my ex of 4 years cheated on me with a tall girl...she was taller than Him. And all the women I admire are tall but I tell myself this is pure coincidence. And I have more high heels than I can count.
