In a sense it is like recognizing that our breath is akin to awareness. Always there, always present, filling our experience with abundant life in a deeper awareness where oxygen is everywhere and infinite. Loved the pliers to change a radio station analogy....made me laugh, understanding that I have actually done this in my need to control. Where control itself is an illusion. Thank you again

Yes master teacher, I am total awareness of myself. I will work on any resistance that I may have and surrender. I will observe events without judgements and opinions.

I feel energy in my limbs , my fire arms and lower legs , it’s very uncomfortable, by knowing myself as awareness I can just feel the discomfort of it as opposed to being compelled, I suspect this is what’s called the fight or flight response?
