so let me gets this clear, a thought suddenly comes to you, and it has such a emotional component to it, either fear or oh dear got to get rid of that, etc how do you decline that ?i mean if it goes on and on ?

Hi so when you say it’s got a emotional component to it, you have already excepted it and identified with that thought and it repeats over and over because you have identified and personalised with the thoughts claiming them as yours, so instead say, there’s a impersonal awareness of the thought or the emotion or the feeling don’t make them personal they are not your thoughts, this is declining them 🥰 hope this is clear 😌
