Trying to convince myself to do this too. But I have 10 base cabinets and although it's a lot of money just for levelers, the thought of trying to get this many cabinets level over a large kitchen area just with shims seems impossible. Not to mention the ladder system which I don't really understand for the amount of work that goes in to it. Well done and good luck.

Considering I will have these cabinets for a long time, it's worth it to invest in levelers that will make the job easier.

How did you cover the holes you made with the boring drill bit? Did you add a toe kick after you installed all your cabinets?
