IU is mute and Taehyung is blind in his right eye. This is a dystopian world where the “cubes” are eliminating anyone with a disability. There’s much more to it with additional messaging but this is the main focus of the mv. Heartbreaking yet beautiful with IU’s vocals and both IU and Taehyung’s acting. I love everything about this mv even though it had me sobbing.
