I'm a vegetaarian but yes it crossed my mind that this is a good recipe for panneer bhurjee, but I would have added finely chopped ginger too. Also may be a good idea to try finely chopped methi/suiee.

Very nice and easy recipes, both. Thank you Chef Ashok for showing the step by step method. I follow the first method for burji and second method for masala omelette. Variations include: substitute Paneer for egg in burji. I use methi leaves or drumstick leaves in place of palak sometimes. Another traditional recipe for burji is to use drumstick flowers with eggs and onions etc. with or without methinir drumstick leaves. All variations lend different flavors and come put very well. Go well with chapati or as sandwich filling.
