INGREDIENTS:
Eggs - 5 No
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - less than 1/4 tsp
(In a flat bottom vessel add a teaspoon of oil grease well all over the vessel,
pour the egg batter into the vessel, steam for about 25 minutes in low flame and after steaming remove the egg from the vessel and cut into bite size)
TO MAKE CHUKKA MASALA POWDER:
Pepper corns - 1 & 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon - 1 stick
Clove - 3 No
Cardamom - 1 No
Dry red chilli - 1 No
Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
(But here I used coriander powder - 1/2 tsp)
Dry roast them in low flame for 1 minute and grind to a fine powder)
TO MAKE EGG CHUKKA:
Oil - 1 & 1/2 tbsp
Fennel seeds - 1/4 tsp
Onion - 2 No, medium size, thinly sliced
Curry leaves
Dry red chilly - 1 No
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Water - 1/4 cup / 50 ml
Cubed Eggs
Chukka Masala powder - 2 tsp
splash of water
Coriander leaves - finely chopped
