INGREDIENTS:
For The Boiling:
Egg= 12
Salt= 1 tbsp
Vinegar= 1 tbsp
For The Marinate:
Turmeric Powder= 1/2 tsp
Deggi Mirch Powder= 1 tsp
Salt= 1/2 tsp
Oil For Fry
For The Paste:
Onion= 200 gm
Garlic Clove= 25
Ginger= 2 inch
Whole Red Chilli= 5
Black Cardamom= 2
Star Anise= 1
Green Cardamom= 4
Black Pepper= 1 tsp
Clove= 6
Water= 1/2 cup
For The Tadka
Mustard Oil= cup
Deggi Mirch Powder= 2 tbsp
Paste
Cumin Powder= 1 tbsp
Garam Masala= 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder= 2 tbsp
Kasuri Methi Powder= 1/2 tsp
Salt= 1 tbsp
Tomato= 3
Turmeric Powder= 1 tsp
Water= 1 cup
Water As For Needed
Coriander Leave= 2 tbsp
Ginger= 1 tbsp (julienne)
Kasuri Methi Powder= 1 pnch

Bhai, aapke alawa koi dusra shayad hi itne pyar se, jan dalkar, makhmali mulayam tarike se reciepie taiyyar karta hoga. Mei Dr.Purvi ji, B.P.bagchi ji k comment se 101% sahmat hu.
