4 boiled eggs
2 medium boiles potato
1 tsp ginger grated
1 tsp garlic chopped
3 green chillies chopped
chopped mint leaves
chopped coriander leaves
chopped curry eavea
salt
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp red chilli
1 egg
4 bread slices to make crumbs

I made them last night and they taste amazing , I added a bit of chat masala and garam masala for more flavour which was great. For the dryness I just made a few and they were a little tricky to bind together soI left the mixture open for half an hour which helped release some water and I could shape the rest easily . The final result in look and taste was very satisfying .😊 Thank you.
