Egg Fried Rice
Ingredients:-
Eggs - 3
Boiled Rice / Leftover Rice - 1 cup
Ginger chopped- 1 tsp
Garlic chopped- 2 tsp
Green chillies slit - 3
Onion chopped- 1 tsp
Carrot chopped- 2 tsp
Beans chopped- 2 tsp
Flavouring salt - 1/4 tsp
Light soy sauce- 1 tsp
Chilli sauce- 2 tsp
Vinegar- 1 tsp
Crushed pepper- 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 1 tb spn
Method:-
In a pan add oil, break eggs sauté them. Add salt and pepper toss it well. Keep them aside in a plate. Same pan add oil, ginger, garlic, green chillies, onion, carrot, beans and sauté it. Then add boiled rice and mix it well with vegetables. Now add light soy sauce, chilli sauce, flavouring salt and toss it well. Add fried egg and mix it. Now adjust salt in the last. Serve it with onion salad.
