Beat the egg in a mixer jar as it gets fluffier .
I have tried adding bacon, sausage to it -- it is absolutely delicious, keep in mind to cook the sausage or bacon or any meat before you pour in the Eggs. The eggs cook in very short time.
You can definitely add cooked chicken, or saute fish before adding the eggs.
