Ingredients
2 slices of bread
60 g ham
60 g mayonnaise
1 egg
1 tsp olive oil
2 leaves, lettuce
40 g of cheese
Method
1. Fry eggs and ham in oil.
2. Place the cheese on the egg.
3. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, wait until the egg is cooked and the cheese melts.
4. Spread mayonnaise on 2 slices of bread.
5. Place lettuce, the cooked egg and ham on 1 slice of bread.
6. Cover with another piece of bread, mayonnaise side down.
7. Cut the sandwich into the shape you like and you're done.
