Indian people love eggs and egg curries from North to South and East to West . People are crazy about different types of egg curries any time of their meal. Masala egg karahi curry is hands down most favourite with different names and with slightly changes recipes places to places.
In this village life cooking video log we are making Masala Egg Karahi Curry recipe with Afghani kulcha naan in tandoor in our mud house outdoor garden kicthen.
This recipe is called Anda Chana masala karahi in India most popular in highway dhabas and restaurants. This is favourite dish dish of truck drivers and all who who pass through highway dhabas. We in our village daily routine love to eat this egg karahi curry chana masala with amazing afghani kulcha naan tandoori , lemon pickle, chilly pickles and salad . It is absolutely amazing feast.
