I'm no fan of mc donalds but by some strange miracle i actually ordered a sausage egg cheese mcmuffin and it came out *fresh* and boy was it good! Like a totally different food than every single other time i ordered and they gave me some crusty ass excuse for a breakfast

Pro tip: when you're cooking your eggs in the rings try a little splash of water in the pan (not on eggs of course) for steam then cover with the lid. ;-)

It also works to fry the egg in a blini pan if you don't have an egg ring handy. The finished diameter is slightly larger, but the muffin tastes great anyway.

Too much clean-up. Get an old coffee cup, spray with Pam or equivalent and place one or two eggs inside and break the yokes. Cover and heat for in microwave 30 seconds to 1 minute. Do this while you are toasting the muffins. As soon as they toast place the cheese and meat on top, then drop the egg onto it and heat in microwave for 20 seconds to heat the meat, top with other half of muffin and you're done. I've been doing this since 1985 when I saw Dunkin Donuts make their egg and cheese croissants in the microwave. Make sure you break the yokes or you will have a mess in the microwave. BTW, I love this channel.

I've started using raw breakfast sausage patties for my breakfast sandwiches and it makes a world of difference. I smash them out almost paper thin like a smashburger and they get super crusty and lacy and they cook in about 90 seconds total. So much better than the pre-cooked frozen patties.

He is from St Louis and would always combine my egg & bacon/sausage with toast and jelly ! I always said that is a crazy combo, and we would laugh! He always would say it tastes better with jelly! Thanx!!! I always cook something groovy like Omelettes and such... but lately i tried Copycatting the McDonalds Sausage Biscuit with Egg, and it was so much better with good ingredients! Same with the Starbucks Sausage, Cheddar & Egg Sandwich (Muffin). Yummy stuff< I mixed shredded Cheddar Cheese with my egg and poured it into a mold. You could also put the slice of Cheese on the Sausage when you cook the Sausage. And I used two eggs and two sausages and served them Open Face on each half. : )

I love this series! I did something similar to this for my kids and I when I was in nursing school to save money but I got away from it because I got cute and started making money lol but this is a great idea for not only saving money but I know what is going in my kids body. Please keep this up

I love the egg McMuffins at McDonald's! 🥰 Love these combinations too, I usually always get either the Canadian bacon or sausage combo 😋, but I'm definitely gonna have to try making it the AB way🙌🏼😅! A little confession, I always wished they would make one like that, or I would think of combining it that way whenever I ate it but never did! LoL. Well now I can thanks to you ☺️👍🏼

I use to make these all the time when I use to work. I would make 5 of them on Sunday and freeze them so all I would have to do is warm them us in the toaster oven when I woke up. Simple and quick! I use to even make them with a fried boudain patty cause I love boudain for breakfast!
