Tofu scramble is also perfect for making fried rice

You can make great omlettes with just tofu. Put it in the blender with whatever seasonings (Add milk if you’re using super firm) Blend it up. Put it in the oiled (or buttered) pan on as high a heat as your pan is comfortable with. Be patient. Flip. Add your fillings. Wait a bit and fold over. Takes longer than eggs, but it’s great. (Don’t skimp on the salt)

Eggs n cheese was the hardest to give up for me when going vegan but once you find that 🔥 for the replacement there is no going back!

I've been mostly vegan for almost fifteen years but I have to admit that when I'm under the pump I do go back to eggs. They are just simple in a way the substitutes don't mimic (require almost no prep, create only one dish to wash, are plastic free and portion controlled) Scrambled tofu is delicious though and as a bonus reheats well in a way real eggs don't. I also love the Viet Vegan's recipe for "egg" salad. It's great lunch prep. Work in progress. I like the way you talk about it as a process.

So happy it could be of help! There are so many creative ways to replace eggs now a days and I didn’t even get a chance to tap into the baking !! 😱 haha Flax eggs are life!!!

My goal is to cut out eggs for good this year, it’s the only thing I still slip up on. Also keep the bean recipes coming please I’m trying to eat beans daily and your channel has helped with that! ❤

@@ratedvfood It was delicious. Just salt, pepper, and a little paprika. It brings back the few good memories I had growing up. I was basically only happy when I was eating. Lol
