Thank you so much for this video. I was at my wits end trying to get my laptop back up and running and doing a hard restart fixed it like magic. Saved me an expensive and time consuming trip to a repair shop. Don't know what I would have done if I only had one computer!

Is the LED charging light blinking in any sort of pattern? 3 blink pause then 2 blinks or something like that

My dell latitude 7420 is not showing nothing on screen, fan works and keyboard lights. I think my bios is corrupted

Anyone can help with this? My laptop is Dell G3 15 windows 10 .. when i press power button the BIOS screen [the black screen that is supposed to have the word Dell in the middle] is all black with white parts on the edges of the screen, and it keeps like that for few seconds and the windows log in normally, the screen is all good, all videos and game work properly. I cannot do anything in the BIOS system, i cannot install a new windows cuz i cannot see what is in the BIOS screen.

Wow, that is a strange problem. Have you tried running your updates and updating BIOS?
