I made these yesterday and they were heavenly!!!😍😍 Perfect crust, extremely fudgy and chocolatey!!😍 I made a few changes, instead of condensed milk, I added 3/4 cup of powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons of curd and they turned out perfect!!! Hope this helps!😊😊

This was mind blowing!! It was chocolate heaven I did make some changes though, 1. I added 1/4 tsp of instant coffee powder to the dry ingredients 2. Added 1 tsp of Vanilla extract to the melted chocolate 3. I used homemade unsalted butter, so I used 1/8 tsp of salt 4. Added 1/4+1/8th tsp baking powder. I also folded in 1/2 cup of chopped chocolate into the batter. I didn’t weigh the chocolate, I used morde compound chocolate and it didn’t melt as much as shown in the video. It was not watery thin but worked great. How I measured the chocolate was Morde chocolate is of 400 grams and is divided into 4 bars. So if anyone is using morde, use 1 bar plus a little less than 1/2 bar. Since everything doesn’t own a scale. It worked for me I made one mistake, I used 2/3 cup instead of 1/2 cup for measuring the milk but oh my god!! It was probably an amazing mistake. My brownies were a bit more fudgy but still had that cake like structure and broke apart just the way it was shown in the video. The problem that i faced was that i didn’t know when the brownies were done since there was no reference in the video. I inserted a toothpick and it came out clean, it was perfectly cooked and the brownies bounced back slightly when i pressed their surface. Thank you so much Yaman 💕

Hello Varsha, No, you don't need to add baking soda to it. You just need baking powder. I melted the chocolate using double boiler method. I was craving for brownies yesterday, so I watched this recipe but I didn't have condensed milk, so I used the same amount of home made curd/yoghurt/dahi and added 1 TBSP powdered sugar to balance the sweetness! Also added finely chopped chocolate chunks on top instead of walnuts😋 And must say it was heaven on earth😍 thanks yaman for making such delicious recipes every now and then😊 I've made several recipes of yours and one of my favourites is this one and baked mac n cheese

My sister and me tried this recipe at home and it came out so perfectly although we made it without condensed milk and we used milk chocolate compound intend of dark chocolate compound because other things are unavailable at home still it's texture and taste was so perfect and it baked so good.....
