I think a good way to do the positioning phase is to let players take their place 1 by 1 then when they got the position ready they look down and go below the map without moving, then when everyone is ready they all rise up to floor level while still looking at the floor to avoid seeing others rise. Also this minigame seems pretty fun, hopefully you do it again and I can join ^^

Instead of having an All BRIM format Have 1 Brim in Each team in Ghost mode ( positioned under the map so he can roam around without spotting locations) and 4 Jett's in each team who hide around the ENTIRE MAP who cannot communicate with their Brim ( except tell him their own location via PING) , Then Brim's Take Turns to Find and Eliminate the Enemy Jett's First. You can even give the Brim's Powerups like 1) Allow a pre determined Jett to dash away if Ulted (x1) 2) Ult in a Line across the MAP (if they miss 7 shots with no kills) 3) A Sonar jett where His ALIVE Jett can Updraft and look in a 360 view around Him to PING an Enemy Location if he SEE's any ( If they miss 7 shots with no kills) Each Brim has Ability 1 (x1) and Every 7 misses can Pick between Ability 2 & 3

Do it with Astra's suck/stun ability, and whoever got hit is eliminated

Hearing all these Valorant youtubers complain about a lack of content makes me laugh as an overwatch player

Better idea on this -> Lets split them such that 1 team has only 1 Brim (Attacker) and other team with 5 players (Defenders). Attacker Brim will sit at any 1 corner of map and Defenders team will spread across a site. Now Attacker brim will try to kill everyone with ult by guesing there positions. Ex : In split Attacker Brim will be in vents watching down, other team will be places randomly on A-site and A-heven. Now will see how many kills brim can get by using his Ult only 10 times. Now all will take parts becoming the attacker BRIM.

A good idea is to have hidden 4 of each team in each bomb and the last player in the middle to ult in the bomb, so each team had to communicate to win, like in the normal battleship game.

Now you should do hide and seek with sova's recon,kayo zero\point,omen ult but need to cancel or fade's haunt with limited space, tag with neon (1 use only per round with her high gear and overdrive, you dont need use it right away so you dont get caught), the floor is lava with jett's abilities and cypher's trap wire or play without using wasd (omen's shrouded step,jett's tailwind,yoru's gateccrash,chamber's rendezvous, raze's blast pack or astra's gravity well).

You should totally do more of this unique cool stuff. So for example hide and seek - one guy (most likely a trusted mod) is the seeker and is only allowed to use a sheriff, while everyone else are one agent and are only allowed to use some of their infinite abilities. You tell them which agent and abilities to use, and whoever survives the match timer wins. Another totally different idea - you and your gf play together on a smurf account, one of you controls the keyboard while the other the mouse. C'mon, please do more of this stuff.

Riot could literally implement stuff like this, maybe have these gamemodes change on a weekly or monthly basis, like Hearthstone's tavern brawl. Simple concepts like this should only take a few hours to make.
