EGR Blanking plate for Isuzu Mux and Isuzu D-max 4JJ1/4JK1 Engine
Installing an EGR delete kit reduces costs on repairs and fuel costs, as well as decreases soot deposits that an EGR valve produces. Disabling it prevents harmful contaminants from being reintroduced back into the engine, resulting in problems. When the engine's performance increases, so does the fuel economy.

I don't recommend installing EGR blanking plate for Euro 4, Euro 5 models. It will lit the Malfunction indicator light. Code P0401 EGR insufficient flow

Hi thanks for your video. You may have already answered my question but i don't understand your language. I have replaced my EGR on my DMax but my vehicle is still manifesting the systems of a stuck open EGR. I've unplugged the battery and the Check Engine lite went out but event with the lite out the problem still persist, do you have any idea what the problem could be?? Please respond

Redirecting the exaust fumes through the engine they say saves the enviroment but while it shortens engine life it will be reintroduced to the enviroment when the system is cleaned out or the engine is scrapped. So while it works in the moment of use it will end up in the same place in the end it will just destroy your engine before it gets back to the enviroment.

If mechanical EGR delete or EGR blank - socket connection must be plug in. If EGR system program delete procedure or Re-map procedure - may or may not socket plug in. If EGR delete kit or an aftermarket module connected to the system - EGR connection must be plug in.

Less maintenance...smoke from factories, trains & planes were far dangerous to environment compare to these but it never properly regulated by government...so deleted EGR is way to go

Yes you can block. If check engine light is glowing the engine control system detect EGR flow blockage then engine will have low power output. Better delete EGR system electronically.

But if your vehicle are euro 4 or higher model, EGR blanking is not applicable. Maybe check engine light will lit. DTC insufficient EGR flow.

Sir sa local 2018 NMR85H Euro4 pwede ba ito. Hindi ba magkaroon ng check engine light? Tama ba pagkaintindi ko na hindi nadedetect ng ecm ang EGR flow rate, basta dapat gumagana pa din yung EGR valve? Ang plano ko kasi doon sa EGR cooler maglagay ng blank plate. Salamat po

An EGR delete is ILLEGAL in ALL 50 STATES. All vehicles are required to meet Euro emissions standards. The penalty for an emissions component alteration can be in the thousands of dollars.

Self-diagnosis 1. Make sure that the starter switch is in the OFF position. 2. Press and hold the reset button. Turn the starter switch to the ON position. Release the reset button. The backlighting on the meter assembly turns on. Press and release the reset button 3 times in rapid succession. The odometer display begins to spin at 600 ms intervals. This indicates that the assembly is in the selfdiagnosis mode. • If the odometer display does not spin, the meter assembl y is not in the self-diagnosis mode. Repeat Steps 1 through 3. • Steps 2 and 3 must be performed within 7 seconds. 4. Press and hold the reset button. If the assembly is functioning correctly, the needles will move to the positions specified in the table below.

For RZ4E engine and other euro 4 blue power Isuzu engine, EGR Blanking is not applicable. Dahil magkakaroon po ng Check engine light/ ma detect ng Electronic control module na ( Exhaust gas recirculation insufficient flow) Medyo strict emission control ng mga Blue power units. So need po ang EGR Delete kit.

Tama Sir... Ayaw talaga ng ibang Pinoy Gumastos ng bagong EGR valve at maintenance cleaning ng intake system. Kaya preventive measure. EGR blanking nalang.
