Injection pulsewidth or delay adjust ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ സംഭവിക്കുന്നത് inject ചെയ്യുന്ന fuel quantityയിൽ ചെറിയ വ്യത്യാസം സംഭവിക്കുക ആണ്. ബ്രോ പറഞ്ഞത് പോലെ ലീൻ മിക്ചർ burn ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ injection width/delay adjust ചെയ്തുകൊണ്ട് നമുക്ക് rich mixture ആക്കാം അല്ലെങ്കിൽ, optimum burning mixture ആക്കാം... അതുവഴി engine അകത്ത് ഉത്പാദിപ്പിക്കുന്ന nox അളവ് കുറക്കാം... പക്ഷേ ഒരു പ്രശ്നം എന്തെന്നാൽ, അധികം ലോഡ്‌ ഒന്നും ഇല്ലാത്ത സന്ദര്ഭത്തില് engine run ചെയ്യാൻ താരതമ്യേന കുറഞ്ഞ അളവിൽ ഫ്യുവൽ സപ്ലൈ ചെയ്താൽ മതി ഇതുവഴി നമ്മുടെ engine Fuel consumption , efficiency എല്ലാം നമ്മുക്കും പ്രകൃതിക്കും അനുകൂലം ആയിരിക്കും. പക്ഷെ ബ്രോ സൂചിപ്പിച്ചത് പോലെ ലോഡ് ഇല്ലാത്ത അവസ്ഥയിലും നമ്മൾ maximum/optimum fuel കത്തിച്ചു കളഞ്ഞാൽ fuel consumption കൂടും , അത്രയും ഫ്യുവൽ കത്തുന്നതിന്റെ ഫലമായി ഉണ്ടാകുന്ന മറ്റ് വാതകങ്ങളും കൂടും. ഫോസിൽ ഇന്ധനങ്ങളുടെ പ്രാധാന്യം കണക്കിലെടുത്ത് കൊണ്ട് , ഇന്ധനങ്ങളുടെ അനാവശ്യ ഉപയോഗം കുറക്കാൻ കൂടെ EGR സിസ്റ്റം പരോക്ഷമായി സഹായിക്കുന്നുണ്ട് എന്ന് നമുക്ക് പറയാം 🙂. സുസ്ഥിര വികസനമല്ലേ നമ്മുക്കും പ്രകൃതിക്കും ഭാവി തലമുറക്കുo ഗുണകരം 🌱 ബ്രോ.... സപ്പോർട്ട് പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു ❤️

നല്ല വീഡിയോ bro... egr ഇൽ കുറെ കാലം കൂടുമ്പോൾ കരി അടിയില്ലേ... അതു ക്ലീൻ ചെയ്യണം എന്ന് കേട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്...high rpm ഇൽ ഇടക്ക് ഓടിച്ചാൽ കരി അടിയുന്നത് ഒഴിവാക്കാം എന്നും ടെക്നീഷ്യന്മാർ പറയാറുണ്ട്... ശെരിയാണോ...
