Hello Sis Wow, Sis Queen this looks absolutely amazing 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 😍 Thanks so much for always offering/suggesting different options for both vegans and alkaline vegans 🙌🏽 Although, I didn't grow up eating okra, I did have a neighbor that cooked the best sweet okra dish 😋. ✨✨Ingredients✨✨ 1 Cup Palmoil 2 Large Onions 2-3 Bonnet Pepper Spicy 2 Cups EGUSI + 1 Onions Dry smoked Fish Crayfish powder if available 1 Knor cubes 1 tbs PEPPER SOUP SPICE mix 3 Fresh red Paprika pepper or redbell pepper STOck Fish an its Stock PROTein STOck of choice Uzziea leaves or dry or powder Meats of choice/ Fish( MUST BE GRILLED) 1/2 kg Fresh Okro Soft Fresh Ugu or Veg. Of Choice

Chai, Nigeria people can tif for Africa. Egusi okro is a Cameroonian dish, when did you people start cooking egusi and okro together, you alway cook your egusi soup without okro and you cook your okro soup without egusi.
