The Aiel think Rand’s the caracarn but at the end it’s revealed there’s been a mix up and it was actually egwene the whole time. Egwene then leads the Aiel and they go to the stone of tear and she draws callandor and wields it announcing to the world she has been reborn. Rafe would love this ngl

Anyway-it's a "new best direction" of adaptations now. Take epic book title, names of characters and put it all to a beautiful world With every subculture and rases - mix it all and voila. Egwene was much much stronger than moraine in the books. Having said that, they don’t really follow the books at all in this show so 🤷‍♂️😂

Ok but I love egwene getting her sweet sweet revenge and also rand Def should have had his moment cuz all his feats are over shadowed and not even something he can call his own. He need his stand alone moment cuz all his struggle are just him being whiny and the overplayed fight dark thoughts inside him plot.

The book did that as it was the Creator showing it in the sky everywhere to show the Real Dragon was reborn and it essentially stopped all of the false dragons@@woopsloops2734

Literally going off the shows own logic and rules they set in place its really bad if you're actually invested, at all, in the story. Can't even touch a jug of water if you even think about hitting someone with it, but yeah you can pick up an a'dam and lock someone into it with the full knowledge that you will 100% be causing harm. Because girl boss and it looks cool. Ishamael can tie a shield with literally a flick of his fingers, but a single untrained channeler can throw up a shield to stop every one of his attacks. Because the only thing this ancient channeler with thousands of years of training is gonna do is... tiny little fire bolts. Pew pew pew. And when they hit you're just gonna go "ooof". But it looks cool and girl boss, right? Three Oaths are super important until suddenly you can cast Fireball from a beach literally miles away to murder people because... uh, it looks cool. Moraine is too girl boss to be held by those stupid Oaths. Your Warder just standing there while you channel from literally miles away? Well thats boring, heres some random soldiers miles away from the literal battle happening... on a beach with nothing and nobody around... just to do some sword fighting with because uh... it... it looks cool. Boy boss. Some random low-tier NPCs Channeling across a large distance, across an ocean and up a tower, to block the Dragon Reborn... who they can't even see....? Well we can't let Rand do literally anything so yeah that makes sense. We can just ignore that little issue later because it looks cool. We wanted an adaptation - these changes are garbage even without the context of the books, which to be clear... we should be able to enjoy both. Compressing a few of the Foresaken together? Yeah I mean sure. Aging the characters up? Ehh.. I guess, sure its an adaptation. Getting rid of the fight in the sky? That sucks really bad but Im sure Rand will do something. Oh he wont? Cool thats garbage. Egwene can use the force with no training and block Ishamael by holding her hands up and going "uuugghhhhhhh!" No. That's stupid. This show could have just been any fantasy setting but they promised us an adaptation of an extremely popular series and then ruined nearly every aspect of it. We shouldn't have to sit around eating slop and pretend that's good just because you watch a show scene by scene and ignore all the issues that its bringing up on its own volition. Its eatting up time and space where an actual good adaptation could be made and that alone makes this annoying

And they take away Rand’s big moment (AGAIN) and give Egwene ANOTHER one. Not even mentioning Rand’s slow motion walk to stab Ishamael. It’s just bad writing & has a blatant “Brown mole-nose Egwene is my favorite character” from Rafe. And on top of that, Rafe CASTS HIS HUSBAND and gives him a bunch of useless cringey “LAWL WE HAVE SEX!!” BBC cuck porn scenes.
