Jeez... now that's a reno. Never liked green inside, how can you compete with outside? But that backsplash doesn't compete, it brings green inside. So very well done.

I think the trend of the oversized kitchen is having its last legs. Beautiful but would have preferred the sunroom in the back and bifolds out to the backyard.

Only $110,000 ?????? A kitchen alone would be that here in Connecticut. without moving one thing. This would be a $350,000 reno. No idea how it’s this low for something this extensive. Nice job though. But lol to the price.

Nope. As a homeowner, I would NEVER cut a hole in my roof for a skylight! You are ASKING for leaks & problems.

Not to have a formal living room is sad because it indicates lack of family all sit down together and discuss the days events with the children, giving the children to gather their thoughts, form, give them the opportunity to make a presentation. Perhaps those that do not use a formal dining room do not value table manners in their children. So value of a dining room in addition to just ingesting food.
