Amazing how the runway was constructed besides being on top of desert sand. Egyptians have always been great builders and always will be. Loved every second of the video

What I have noticed as the aircraft get more advanced, the simpler they become. Look at how clean and uncluttered that flight deck is. A 777 is even more sparse. What is going on in the computer control room is like something out of a sci-fi movie, but the actual interface that the pilots have to deal with is quite simple. Compare this to a 747-200 and you will see it has thousands of buttons, dials, gauges, switches and levers. I find that fascinating. Even the paper and binder clutter is reduced by 80% by the use of digital charts and checklist.
