Excellent recipe Faiza! This is a different technique to the one I use (I use Rogan, (yani lamb fat), instead of ghee, fry the fatty lamb pieces, and put them under the rice, with the carrots and badaam slices & kishmish on top. I will try your recipe, and especially your chutney. I love Afghan food...it makes heavy use of red meat, which is just what I love. Thanks for uploading and Eid Mubarak!

Faiza api mai aaj hee apni family k saath gayi thi mandi hum ne 2 bakray liye & cow mein hissa bhi daale gai us ka bhi keh diya. 1st day bakray qurban ho gai aur 2nd day of eid cow wala Alhamdulillah 😊

Bus aik baat ko le k thori sad hu k mujhe mere kapro k saath ki matching k earings nehi mile 😂 barhe earings ache lagte mujhe chote mujh par suit nehi karte. Mere hisab k mutabiq koi pasand hee nehi aaya earing in black color.
