The Emirati dialect is used in the UAE (famous for its cities of Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah) but is also a part of Gulf Arabic meaning that you can use it and be mutually intelligible in all GCC countries including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait and Oman.
We recommend watching the video a few times, first without looking at the subtitles to really immerse yourself in the Emirati Arabic language.
