You have to steam the gurasa first,then dip it inside water (normal water not hot or cold) then sprinkle the kuli powder,then oil and put the cut vegetables at the end.Nice volg❤

I feel like you should try supplements. Supplements for good skin like turmeric, glutathione, biotin , gummies , cod liver oil, well woman helps u from d inside of ur body. Which state are you from sis

Yeah I think so too.. Only that I don’t find taking anything pills likely 😭 they stress me I’m not gonna lie.. but I have used cod liver oil,it’s soo nice and I’m on a vitamin gummies now but it’s too early to say anything yet.. thanks🤍

@BintHarun04 OK try gummies, gummies are sweet. I used a cranberry gummies for vaginal health wen I tell u I was taking it like sweet. And it worked during that tym, d discomfort reduced downstairs. Wich state do u live in?
